Guardian Association Management, LLC. and Guardian Property Services provide full property management services in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex to homeowner associations, condominium associations, town home associations, master planned large scale associations, commercial property owner associations and commercial properties.

Management services include financial management, budgeting, compliance, architectural, vendor and facility oversight, on site management and maintenance staffing, collections, planning, consulting, document and resolution development, large renovation or insurance project oversight and management, website and newsletter development.

Property services include facility management, vendor oversight, lease negotiations, finish out coordination, emergency response, bidding processes and contract management.

Residents and Board members have secure on line access to account information, financial and management reports 24 hours a day through our web-based software. We utilize a lock box for assessment payments and have pay on line option for our customers. We are on call to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are actively involved as members of the DFW Chapter of Community Association Institute and our staff holds certifications from CAI.
